To actually answer your question, I like the first roll a lot. Killing Wind gives you great handling and accuracy and Frenzy gives you a nice damage bump without necessarily needing a kill. Other perks are solid. Best PvE Roll. Survivor's Epitaph has a lot of great options. Surplus + Wellspring is there, Tunnel Vision + Frenzy is too, and so is Feeding Frenzy + Multi-Kill Clip.
